Dear Portland Bureau of Transportation, an auto shop at 5123 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway regularly parks vehicles in the bike lane in front of its shop, forcing bicyclists into the lane with high speed traffic. Efforts to report the problem to Parking Dispatch have failed. Please help!
