I gave rucking a try today. Only about 15lbs to start with for 2.4 miles. I really liked it! Just walking I can't keep my HR up but the added weight helped. It also feels like maybe a light workout for muscles that don't get hit the same way in the weight room

It's funny how people think MS isn't OSS friendly. I started as a .NET developer in 2002 with an MS backed OSS project called iBuySpy which was forked to create Rainbow Portal CMS(which I was a lead contributor for) and DNNCMS - DotNetNuke. MS has been OSS friendly for decades!
