As the eviction moratorium (which Dean Preston (deanpreston.bsky.social) helped extend) was being lifted, my mother in law, who was a house cleaner, was being kicked out of her long-time home. Dean had organized regular eviction clinics to help people + helped us get a lawyer.

chris arvin It's so amazing what he's doing here. This isn't opening Market Street to cars. It's opening Market Street to exclusive private use by Google. He is so corrupt. There is no motivation in this beyond Google wanting something, and his maneuvering to give them a monopoly.
