Today’s incident at Home Depot was handled quickly, Ferguson officers arrived in less than 2 minutes. Working with regional partners, the suspect was taken into custody and a weapon recovered within a hour of the incident. Great job by all involved.

I’ve been doing this job over 35 years, and one thing that’s never sat right with me is when victims get victimized twice. A homicide victim’s family couldn’t afford the $800 tow bill. That car was all they had left of him. Our tow partner waived it. No spotlight. Just heart.
