In a unique experience, one of the leading private sector bank blocked our corporate banking IDs for payment to a Regulator. Unique in a sense that it’s never got blocked otherwise, first of its kind! What followed was a bunch of follow-up calls and chases behind the scenes bank!

Dear IndiGo - This is no way to close the case. The Plan B portal isn't responsive. The flight 6E5296 got rescheduled multiple times and now shows a deferral of 12 hours. Request for a full refund on onwards / return journey (both on Indigo).
