All too often our own #history is hidden in plain sight, the appreciation of which could make the world of difference. West India Committee's ongoing engagement with the #Garinagu of St Vincent is a potent example that all such opportunities should never be confined to one month alone.
So good to catch up with our friend, renowned archaeologist Dr Jago Cooper of Sainsbury Centre UEA, whose educational work for British Museum on the #Garinagu tribe was sponsored by West India Committee. Jago has set us on course for a voyage of #Garifuna culture discovery

Our Chair Blondel Cluff CBE visited #NationalLottery funded Support 2gether to hear more about their early intervention perinatal mental health service. This three-year project supports mothers find their voice and overcome stigma surrounding antenatal and postnatal depression.
