视频那类水蒸蛋和茶碗蒸不像，茶碗蒸有时候会被当成汤品来吃，它是鸡蛋打散再加注入高汤、味淋，配料是海鲜，肉丁之类的，做法比较复杂，鸡蛋羹是直接加水。清代山东人写的食谱倒也有和日式茶碗蒸比较类似的烹蛋炖蛋法，也是把几枚鸡蛋打散，里面倒鸡汤，放虾丁脂肪丁等配料，酱油/黄酒/盐/香油调味等

实在不懂为啥韩国人老是说“东北工程” 明明这只是一个普通的护领😅😅 是因为韩国没多少文物才碰瓷的吗？
