Youth Sports is a god in America. Parents don’t think twice about their kids missing church on Sundays to play ball. Then wonder why some of them struggle with attending church services in their 20’s. Wake up.

I realize that it’s become quite accepted among many Christian families, but teaching your children that faithful participation in ballgames is more important than faithful involvement in the local church is a disastrous decision that is likely to have far-reaching consequences.
