All about context… drills aren’t inherently “dumb” or “bad”. Looks like coaches & athletes are having fun with it. Good attention to detail and camaraderie. Seeing a lot of jerseys on which might imply it isn’t even a S&C session. Let’s not be so quick to tear each other down.
