As a fitting end to Wellbeing week in the CBS last week, over 100 students took to the stage to showcase their musical talent in three concerts on Friday in the Music Room. It celebrated the hardwork and dedication of our students and music teacher

Piotr Blysz successfully presented his maths/physics project on Trebuchet Mechanics at the recent Regional Sci Fest competition in SETU. He won two top awards, the award for Best Maths Project and an award for Excellence in Stem. Congratulations Piotr! SciFest4stem

Bishop Nash visited our school earlier today where he so kindly gave so much time to students and staff. He spoke with both 5th and 6th year students and presided over the raising of our flags. ERST #BishopNash

Our TY, LCPE and Senior Rugby squads experienced a fantastic talk on Wednesday morning by some Irish Rugby stars as part of the Tackle Your Feelings rugby programme centred on resilience and positive thinking. #Tackleyourfeelings

TY students have successfully completed their ukulele making module in Music class, with Ms. Oakley. They designed, assembled & decorated their own instruments. The project concluded with a showcase of their handcrafted ukuleles. Thanks to Ms Murray for her advice on the art work

Ms. Dobbs’ 1.2 English class explored the art of letter writing by participating in An Post’s ‘Letter to My Future Self’ campaign. Each student wrote a personal letter to be delivered back to them one year from now 📫✍️

Science club presented their scifest projects today to Ms Owens and Mr Curran. Well done to all students for their hard work and dedication.

Celebrating the LC Class of 2025!

Congratulations to the LC Class of 2025 who received their LC exams today. We are so proud of you all and wish you well. It was lovely to see so many faces return to school today to share their achievements with their teachers and each other. #lc2025

Our new 1st years enjoyed a bonding afternoon today, playing Olympic Handball, completing a treasure hunt and played some ice breaker games to get to know each other better with their Meitheal leaders.
