Is there anyone on here who #exercises every day? Not because they necessarily want to but because otherwise they struggle (mentally or otherwise) to keep in their routine? I don't mean necessarily lifting heavy weights every day or going full pelt in the #gym but just doing

I've had a really busy week, probably my busiest week since starting work, so I eas attempting to have a lie , and stood next to my bed at 5 minutes passed 5 was Ryan saying "you're a bit late today" anything past 5 is late to Ryan, so up we got and made breakfast, and soon

#Exercise The plan was a rest day but I've found it very hard to have rest days so I just do something like a cycle, walk, or the smallest elliptical distance from the week to keep it going. #Weightlossjourney #Gym
