It is with a heavy hearts that we advise of the passing of retired Lincoln Fire Chief Scott Blake. Chief Blake served his community as a volunteer firefighter, and then as the Fire Chief for a total of over 47 years. Our sincerest condolences go out to the Blake family.

Crews are still on scene of a structure fire in an industrial building at Moyer’s Apple Products in Beamsville. Firefighters are expected to remain on scene for several more hours. Both the Ontario Fire Marshal and the Ministry of the Environment have been notified.
