Infuriating

Every time a UCP talking head says that the CPP is unfair because Alberta has paid more into it, remind yourself of this: Alberta doesn’t pay into CPP. Albertans do. And Albertans pay and receive the exact same as any other Canadian. It’s your pension. Not the UCP’s.

This is amazing to me. When I first started working Bullfrog Power in 2008, Alberta’s electricity grid was about 80% coal fired IIRC….I’d like to think the bullfrog community played a role in this shift.
