5 days to go until the Liv4Daniel 13 for 13 challenge. To get involved it’s really simple. Turn up between 9-5 next Friday / Saturday/Sunday @Hutchesons between 9-5pm. Cycle in the spin studio 1.3 or 13 miles. Or alternatively Walk 1.3 laps of the track or 1.3 miles or 13 laps.

Shortly after when Daniel passed I wanted to express in a poem how life had become without seeing him every day, I look at this every day when I wake up and the phrase “Nothing is the same every day hurts more the house is silent it’s not like before” encapsulates it all.

What a day we had ⁦Doing it for Daniel Foundation⁩ Golf day on Wednesday.The total amount raised is £36.158. What an effort from ⁦Trump Turnberry⁩ for hosting the event and thanks to all their brilliant team. Thanks to Alan Tait for assisting and for all the participants playing.

Two photos of my beautiful Daniel growing up. First one when he was 13 the next one when he was 16. On his birthday today he would have been 22 and turning into a thriving gorgeous young adult. Every minute of the day I miss my boy The heartbeat of our lives and forever missed. X

Another Father's Day passes by (5 now) without you. What I would give for the usual 11th hour present of a card and a Terry's chocolate orange!! It was a classic Daniel move delivered with that smile and charm. What I would give for those moments back.
