During National Apprenticeship Week, we went to our New England Laborers Training Academy and interviewed apprentices attending refresher courses. Today meet Dave Whyte, a second generation Local 223 member, a veteran of the U.S. Marines and a LIUNA Apprenticeship Program member. 🇺🇸
