The issue isn't signing Noni, he has potential to be a great impact sub and rotation player. The issue is spending over £50 mil on him if it impacts our ability to bring in the striker and LW we really need. If we get them as well then no problem

So Arsenals £50 mil bid for Noni has been turned down as Chelsea want £60-£65mil. Best we put this down as a Lemar, well we tried but we just couldn't get it done situation and move on

Not sure I agree with a petition not to sign Noni, or Arteta's seemingly love affair with Chelsea but here's a fun fact. It's ok not to want certain players at Arsenal. We don't all have to blindly agree and want the same thing. But don't abuse them

Personally I don't like the Noni deal, I think £50 odd mil for a bench warmer is too much given we still want a striker and a left wing as well as possibly Eze. He doesn't improve our starting 11 and I worry what this means for other targets, but I will support him on the pitch

If Noni had been at the end of the window after we had signed the likes of Gyokeres and Rodrygo then we would all be thinking this is great. As it is we are getting the back up Saka needed which is great but most likely at a cost of not upgrading the left wing starting place

Osimhen is available for €75 mill. Less than Gyokeres with more pedigree in a top 5 league. Should be all over that

Rumours today that Liverpool have entered into talks with Newcastle over Isak. Can't help but wonder if Arsenal are stalling on Gyokeres to see if Newcastle would be willing to let Isak go and try to sign him instead. Isak has always been the number 1 target

Reading the comments more tonight from the Sporting President, unfortunately it's time to walk away from the Gyokeres deal. We can't cave as it will be bad for the remaining transfers we are looking to complete and make us look weak. Sporting can't cave for the same reason
