The Rhizosphere Assembly Challenge ends on June 29th, 2020. We will provide assemblies for the binning challenge afterwards.

Due to multiple requests we received from participants we will extend the CAMI 2 plant rhizosphere assembly challenge deadline until September 29th, 2020.

Assemblies for second part of CAMI II rhizosphere challenge (profiling, genome binning and taxon binning) are available now at data.cami-challenge.org/participate This part of the CAMI II challenge will close November 30th, 2020.

For the rhizosphere challenge we provide gold standards for short read and hybrid short/long read assemblies as well as a Megahit short read assembly.
