Organizers, don't let up. Notice who's still underrepresented in our industry and underrepresented at podiums. Intersectional, especially: racism + sexism work together to exclude WoC from being heard and heeded. Transmisogyny. Ableism. Ageism. Classism. Keep opening doors wider.

👇. Ditto to racial diversity. If a speaker lineup looks nothing like the real world, that is a catastrophic failure that needs to be investigated and undone before announcing. "None applied" isn't an explanation, it's a symptom and a smell.
