No motivation to get to the gym? No worries - with our Calistoga Fit App you can do workouts on the go and from home. We have a huge library of classes from yoga, strength, barre, total body bands and more. Take a look for yourself, the first week is free!

Don't forget tp join us at Pioneer Park for scheduled and pop-up classes! We are there every Saturday for Boxing and Bootcamp and will continue to have classes pop up at the park so you can enjoy the beautiful Calistoga weather while working on your fitness goals.
