Great to see our new tenants ENGIE Fabricom UK settled into their new home in #Middlesbrough thanks to Connect Property NE. Rennovation of this building was a real labour of love and we think it has definitely paid off!

Huge admiration and congratulations to our friends at Cable Properties for this excellent refurbishment of Grange House Darlington. Looks to be the place for The Darlington Millennials to live and a residential jewel for Darlington Borough Council . The town needs more initiatives like this.
