The poor are not there by chance or by blind and cruel fate. Nor, for most of them, is poverty a choice. Yet, there are those who still presume to make this claim, thus revealing their own blindness and cruelty. #DilexiTe

Sean Duffy stomping his feet about a busway over which he has no jurisdiction. These people in DC are straight-up clowns. That may be insulting to clowns.

I'm all for liberalizing NYC's housing market. But if you abolish rent price fixing in NYC tomorrow, Central Park will be a tent city by Friday. Build first, deliver an alternative comprehensive subsidy, dereg last ..

A major milestone for our administration and a big accomplishment working with the Embankment Coalition. What a journey - After nearly 30 years of litigation we have reached a resolution. This will not only preserve a right of way that will preserve the way for light rail but

The real story here is Amazon just cut 30,000 people not because business is bad, but because they need the money for GPUs. AWS has a $195B backlog growing 25% YoY but can't buy compute fast enough to meet demand. This is capital choosing GPUs over people, and every hyperscaler

The idea Republicans should sit down and compromise never enters the equation. Bipartisanship is a one way street where Rs (and the media) are so accustomed to Democrats being the adults in the room, now that Dems are standing firm, they (Rs/media) don't know what to do.

We really got 58mil people (pop of England), in basically a straight line, created the most economically powerful and important sub-region in the world, and then said its infrastructure network shouldnt progress beyond 1980

Congrats Mikie Sherrill . Remember, the Operating Engineers wanted the worthless Turnpike expansion and then endorsed Jack, while you are winning a supermajority in Jersey City where we want to kill it.

Tim Cook & Apple sniffed this out early. They knew LLMs were a race to the bottom. There is no moat. Committing $1T of Capex for depreciating chips running software that will be refined by millions of devs, is terrible business. Google is the only real AI company in business.

Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans & hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from consequences is not the answer.
