1/2 This week, five of our outstanding Y8 mathematicians have completed the UKMT (United Kingdom Mathematics Trust) Junior Kangaroo assessment. This is a follow on round from the Junior maths challenge sat earlier in the year. Byrchall Maths Dept #teambyrchall #byrchallhighschool

2/2 Congratulations to Harry and Edward, who each received Certificates of Qualification and special congratulations to Joseph, Jayden and Leo, who managed to secure a Certificate of Merit; an unprecedented achievement. We are extremely proud of you 👏

On 6th July, Matthew, Sharahan, Eve and Grace represented Byrchall in the annual St John Rigby Y10 Maths Challenge. They competed with the top 4 mathematicians from 6 other high schools and came out champions. Another amazing achievement from our students!
