Defensive drills with Chennedy back in the mix

Chennedy Carter said today was her first practice back in action. Was able to participate in full. Not certain if she will be available for tomorrow’s game.

Chennedy Carter said her main goal while being sidelined these last four games with illness was to not miss a beat upon her return: “You still have to work.”

Chennedy Carter on the Sky’s focus for the final playoff push: “I wanna make a run. I’m here to do that. Let’s fucking do it.”

Teresa Weatherspoon on the possibility of the Sky weighing draft picks against a playoff berth: “We’re not there yet. We’re thinking about staying in the playoffs. … That’s our mission. Nothing else matters.”
