Looking at Alaska on the map, I see there's an uninhabited island, Tanaga Island, about 10X the size of Manhattan, that looks beautiful, with waterfalls and such. It's just waiting for a couple of million people to turn it into something. Perhaps the Riviera of the Bering Sea?
