Notion may be a great tool, but are you spending more time creating or actually doing the work? Tools like this can be very tempting, but I've also found them to be counterproductive. Stick to simpler solutions, like timeboxing in your existing calendar app.

An app that has too many features isn't great at a few things but ordinary in many. That's why I'm always hesitant when apps like X continually roll out new features. Chances are there's another better app doing the same thing. Take Grok for example.

Saying "less" if often better than saying "more." It can feel like saying more to explain yourself is better, but it can open you up to scrutiny. Not that you should hide things, but there's a balance in the right level of detail.
