How is Facebook so bad at removing fake profiles? 24 hours should be the minimum amount of time to target these when you receive multiple reports on a "fresh" account being fake. At the very least, neuter them (no msg, no friend request, no posts, no views) until verified.

Both these arguments miss the mark. Taxing job displacement is literally penalizing efficiency. Quite possibly the opposite of how governments should be legislating. We need to retool all legislation based on incentive alignment, rather than roadblocks and punitive measures.
