.United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres announced today the appointment of Michelle Gyles-McDonnough of Jamaica as executive director of the U.N. Institute for Training and Research, UNITAR. She succeeds Nikhil Seth of India. Gyles-McDonnough has more than 30 years’ experience.
