PIAA Class 4A champ Aliquippa (Class 1A based on enrollment) was informed this week that it will be moving to Class 5A next season. The reason? Transfers. The PIAA said the Quips had 23! There were 40 players on this year's team. The school has appealed.⬇️ unionprogress.com/2024/01/04/on-…
