So help me I may actually do a conference talk on JS Promises and real world impacts via numbers after all the benchmarking I did in past week.

I want a Promise.voidCall(asyncFn, ...) that wraps it in a way that it won't create extra wrappers when doing an async IIFE. And similarly a Promise.handle(promise, onfulfill, onreject) that also doesn't allocate bonus objects.
