We're now in the 4th quarter of 2024 and Charlottesville City has made zero progress on re-striping bike lanes on Main St.

This is much better! But it still seems like Enel X should have done this first with a longer time horizon.

Meanwhile, the city cancelled two multimodal transportation projects this week and returned over $35 million in state funding to VDOT. Why? Because there's no local money available to supplement those funds to cover cost increases. Didn't hear about that? Odd. Pic unrelated.
