We have had a very cultured week at BCS! On Tuesday, we welcomed the Young Shakespeare Co, who performed Macbeth to a transfixed hallfull of Year 6s, and yesterday, our corridors resounded with the sound of poetry being performed for National Poetry Day 📚♥️

We celebrated Earth Day by wearing our wellies and taking part in activities all about renewable energy. We fundraised a total of £932 and are looking forward to using it to encourage nature around our school and globally through the WWF. Thank you to our awesome BCS community!!

Yesterday, we welcomed a very special guest to BCS - the Premier League Premier League trophy! There was a real buzz in school as all classes had their photos taken with it, and KS2 participated in a special trophy-themed assembly 👏⚽️
