Dogshit push session yesterday. Slept like garbage, wasn’t feeling it, pushed through and onto the next one. Resting today, back in the gym tomorrow.

Pull day. Gym was full of broccoli heads (like MM ) clogging up the stations doom scrolling between sets.

We don’t go fancy on Christmas Eve. Couple trays of nachos and A Christmas Story before Santa work. Tomorrow is king crab legs and chicken fried venison backstrap. My top two favorite foods, without question.

Got Versa Grip Classic for Christmas. They are fucking tiny. Sending them back before even using them. Supposedly upgraded version have an extra 1/2 inch in grip length. Doubtful that will make any difference?

The fancy gym has been paaaaacked the last two days. Left yesterday after 5 minutes and did leg day at shitty backup gym. Today was push day, so I stuck it out and enjoyed the people watching. Gym bathroom mirrors are disgusting, let’s get together cleaning staff!

Cookies have made up 30% of my diet for the past 5 days. Feeling great! Pull day and cardio. Gonna power through Tuesday with no rest days, then go out of town W-F.
