Another Young Entrepreneurs Hub done and dusted! Each school holidays we have the awesome opportunity of working with some amazing budding young entrepreneurs from South East Queensland as they join us for an action packed few days of business brainstorming and masterclasses.

Scott and Ash-Leigh are best friends from high school and Ash-Leigh was the second BOP employee (after school) back when they were still selling keyrings at local markets in year nine! Since then this pair have run hologram events, delivered workshops and so much more.

What might the future of agriculture look like in a school context? This year we had the pleasure of teaming up with Kelvin Grove State College to host a vertical farming hackathon that got students looking at exactly this! Their ideas were outstanding.

This term Scott had the pleasure of heading up to Gladstone to work with 60 amazing STEM students from 6 different local schools as part of the Santos Ltd Science Experience at CQUniversity. We had an action-packed day redesigning an eco-friendly Gladstone!

Our hands on tech activations are definitely a favourite here at BOP! This year we have loved taking our 3D printed pens, holograms, augmented reality, and robots to events across the state as we show students the creative side of technology.

Did somebody say merch? As we prepare for 2022 we've been busy designing, printing, and sizing some stunning new BOP merch that will be available to our fabulous community of teachers, parents, students, and super fans! What would you love to see on a BOP shirt?

,Over the past 18 months we've all become pros at using zoom, teams, webx, skype, facetime and just about every other video conferencing platform imaginable. At BOP it's been no exception with our team becoming very good at switching from in person to online program in a second.

To celebrate the end of a successful year for us at BOP, we wanted to take some inspiration from the 'Spotify Wrapped' posts we've all been seeing for the past month, to share some of our stats from 2021! ✨🚀

An all too familiar sight these days of suitcases full of templates, pens, 3D printed creation and technology on their way off to a workshop! We have been loving the opportunity to get out to our schools and clients across the state. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled!

Earlier this year our founder Scott had the pleasure of heading down to Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School (LORDS) to work with their amazing year 5 students as they kicked off their micro-business project.
