Road Construction - Thursday, June 16th thru Friday June 17th. -219th St from E-41 W of Ogden to dead end. -W. 3rd Extension from Meadows Ave W to end of pavement. -W 16th St from Marion St to Division St. Roads will be open to traffic, but expect to be inconvenienced.

Just as a reminder with back to school underway here in Boone County be on the look out for any slowing or stopping school bus. It is required by Iowa law that vehicles stop for a stopped school bus with the stop sign arm extended. For more pls visit: iowadot.gov/schoolbus/

The end of the Lee Brice Concert brings to close day 2 of the Farm Progress Show. A lot of leg work from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, Boone Fire Department, and Boone County Ambulance went into creating a safe and fun event for everyone. Big thanks to FirstNet, Built with AT&T & Hy-Vee for their aid
