Zone 2 Cardio today. 60-70% of max heart rate for 43 min (2 min spent changing to high oxygen). 23 min normal oxygen, 20 min high oxygen. Avg about 125-135 heart rate. Probably 3-4 lbs of sweat gone. Heavy metals + environmental toxins flushing out and my lab tests prove it 💧

PR on 4 min high altitude/ 1 min high oxygen x3 for 15 min absolutely destroyed. 5 cal and 0.06 miles more than 2 days ago. And over 30 cals better than a few weeks ago. Sure doesn’t feel like all these tumors are in my lungs 🤷🏼‍♂️

That’s a lot of sweat for 16 minutes 😅 1 min sprint/ 1 min recover x8 for 16 total minutes all at high oxygen. 191 cals so basically the pace of yesterday’s 12 min workout. Should be hitting 200 cals on this ASAP considering I feel like shit today.

Been slacking on my updates this week. Was under the weather 🤧 and missed Tuesday and Wednesday. This was from 2 days ago on Thursday. Not a PR, but 2nd best stats ever after a few days of sickness isn’t too bad. Still got the sweat in 💦

And this was from last night. Zone 2 HR workout. First 30 min at high oxygen, last 10 min at regular oxygen. Not as much sweat as normal dripping out because I wore a long sleeve shirt under the sauna suit, not because of low testosterone effort.

PR today by .05 mi and 5 cals on 12 min 1 min sprint/1 min recover intervals all at high oxygen Missed PR by .01 mi and 1 cal on low to high oxygen intervals This combined with dry sauna in between, probably around 6lbs of sweat flushed out today

Recently finished up a 9 day water fast that interfered w the training regimen and got behind on posting Will crush 1 more workout tmrw morning then: Finally found a surgeon to remove the at least 20 tumors in my lungs. Will be 2 separate surgeries, at least 8 hours each!
