The limiting factor to the number of gliding marsupials (and so many other animals) is the availability of hollows. These Kreffts Gliders (Petaurus notatus) were using artificial hollows created in trees killed in the 2019-20 bushfires. #HollowsAreHomes

In exciting news from the Faunaverse HQ on the north-west slopes of NSW, Velvet Worms (Onychophora) have been found for the first time in the Brigalow Belt South Bioregion!! Male with white spot on head.
