A:2 I just read "The Best We Could Do" over break. I learned so many things about the history of Vietnam. Plus-had a student come in today and ask for an immigration story. It always feels good when you have some that you can give a little more of a book talk for. #vaslchat

A:3 At the beginning of the school year a handful VVA students were assigned to library as their classroom. It has been such a blessing and a fun way to instantly get to know a group of kids. Another great way for me was being a club sponsor. #vaslchat

A4: Book speed dating with our fab English dept. It has been an awesome way to get the kids exposed to books of all genres. The dept. pushed the idea and it just keeps growing. <3 It has been a treat. #vaslchat

A:5 -Tricky one! These 2 are hardly ever on Twitter but I want to tag Debby Kelly and @CooperReads I've had to fly solo this year without a partner (but do have an awesome LMA) and Debby and Jenni let me call anytime to bounce and idea and/or ask for help. <3 <3 <3 #vaslchat

A:6 I just love seeing the kids check out books. Most of my kiddos are so excited to have access to print copies again and I am happy to see it being checked out. #vaslchat
