BREAKTHROUGH NIGHT!!! Had a lesson with Kyle today because I can't meet with him on Thursday. I learned pinch patterns and how to read tabs. Got home. On my own downloaded a tab that had pinch patterns, played it and I now know the opening rift to Rainbow Connection. So Stoked!!!

I've been screwing my fretting up as of late. I'm making all sorts of mistakes. I now realize I'm not as far along as I hoped, but that's okay. I read several forums on the topic and got the advice to slowly place each finger on the string as I make a chord. Huge help.
