In preparation for the winter driving season and to keep motorists safe, the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission has begun its snowplow truck and equipment inspections at Canfield Maintenance Building, one of eight facilities across the 241-mile toll road. Jeremy Jones

It’s that time of year when we start sharing our “Don’t Crowd the Plow” message with motorists. In preparation for the winter driving season, Ohio Turnpike crews continued snowplow truck inspections today (Oct. 22, 2025) at Boston (Summit County) and Amherst (Lorain County)
