Interesting #SurfacerSystem #insideout procedure by Prof. Dr. Bruno Schwagten at ZNA Middelheim Antwerp. Patient with occluded SVC needed a pacemaker lead revised. #SurfacerSystem used to gain #venousaccess. In next procedure, he tunneled a new lead to the right ventricle.

Investigators at the Dialysis Access Institute (Orangeburg, SC) recently successfully performed the #InsideOut procedure in a patient on a femoral catheter.The #SurfacerSystem facilitates RIJ vein access for #hemodialysis patients, enabling conversion from femoral catheter use.

Paul Citrin, MD recently performed his first #SurfacerSystem procedure at Advent Heath in Zephyrhills, FL. Patient with a Type 3 occlusion involving the SVC had a right-sided femoral dialysis catheter. Successful procedure enabling removal of the femoral catheter.

Dr. John Perry performed a successful #InsideOut procedure with the #SurfacerSystem replacing a transhepatic catheter & enabling dialysis via a central venous catheter. Patient had a Type 3 occlusion (right IJ, left & right brachiocephalics, & SVC). See video below.
