We spent a lot of time in designing the infrastructure (AlphaBase) and DL framework (AlphaPeptDeep) for MS-based proteomics. Based on our previous pDeep and other models, we re-built code to make the MS2/RT/CCS prediction easier to use, e.g. predict spectral libraries.

I'm super excited that our study is highlighted as a key advancement that #AlphaFold enabled throughout the year. Huge thanks again to the entire team at Matthias Mann Lab!

Our community effort to study AlphaFold2 applications is now published. Beyond the science what I want to highlight was that this was possible because scientists were sharing early results on twitter and this was the result of putting that together. nature.com/articles/s4159…
