With Amaru, the focus was on getting a great proposal written once and putting it to a vote. We participated in early socialization with committees (Intersect and Constitutional) and DReps to ensure constitutionality. After that, we went directly to the chain to get it done.

Reduce the overhead by ditching the precursor info action. Passing a budget first encourages omnibus and we're seeing DReps wanting individual proposals. Each project has a budget. They're aggregated for the info action. It's unnecessary. One vote. One withdrawal.

Governance happens on-chain. It's open source, transparent, and as reliable as the chain itself. This is the way.
