JD Vance is such a good example of how Donald Trump has corrupted our politics. On Earth 2, Vance would be a capable politician. But what we’re looking at right now is a talented guy who sold his soul, and sold out the country, to Trump and MAGA to become the VP nominee.

1. I’d be open to impeaching judges for persistent bad-faith or wild rulings. Nothing remotely like that here. Indeed, from what I have seen, Judge Boasberg’s critics have yet to make a clear and compelling case that his order was wrong. 2. Impeachment threats are at best

Worth noting the Ed Whelan is far more conservative than me. We differ on many legal and policy issues, but agree here because it’s a basic rule of our legal system that cuts across party and ideological lines (or should).

At least 3 of the 5 Venezuelan plaintiffs allege that they are not members of the TdA gang. So even if Trump’s Alien Enemies Act proclamation is generally lawful (something that I am not convinced of), why shouldn’t these 3 be able to contest their deportation in federal court?
