🌟 Our Year 6 Scouts had an amazing time at Preston Observatory with @uclan Astronomy Society! 🌌✨ They explored the universe, asked great questions, and worked on their Astronomers Activity Badge. 🔭🌠 Huge thanks to the Society for an inspiring session! 🙌👏

Today 6 members of our volunteer team attended the presentation of the King's Award for Voluntary Service The award is the equivalent of an MBE for voluntary groups and was presented by the Lancashire Lieutenancy on behalf of the King. A very special day for all our volunteers

Looks like great fun for the Scouts from TIBHS

Our #volunteers have been busy for the last few Tuesday volunteer nights. 15 tonnes of gravel moved to improve our footpaths and parking area. All part of our winter project list before the site starts to get really busy in spring. Blackburn Scouts @stgeorgesscouts

Thanks to a #suezuk grant, we are able to replace our current toilets on Canalside. Replacing the current system with bespoke composting toilets, along with the installation of a brand new #disabled toilet. Lots of work to do, watch out for updates on the progress.
