I was not belligerent to her by any means. I asked for corporates no. which she began to give me then said I had to go thru kfc.com Then she refused to give me her boss full name. I stayed calm, even let her take another order. KFC She called the cops on me.

I don't use foul language in front of my child. All I wanted was the number to the corp office which she wouldn't give me. She told me I had to go through kfc.com. I asked how she would get in contact with them, she said her boss cell. KFC

I then asked for her boss number. She said she wouldn't give it to me. I then asked for his name. She said Jordan. I asked for his last name. She wouldn't give it to me. She wouldnt' give me her full name and then wouldn't give me the store number KFC

I told her she was being difficult for no reason when all I wanted was the number to corporate. She told me that I was being difficult. This was around 8pm. Why are you out of chicken tenders every time around that time when you're open until 10pm. KFC

She told me her name is Tammy and her boss' name is Jordan, but wouldnt provide a last name or number. Again, she called the cops on me while trying to get information, while my 10 y/o son was in the passenger seat frightened. KFC Why is this her first option? Thats dangerous!

This all occurred at the @KFC in Cincinnati Ohio in Sharonville. The address is 11970 Lebanon Rd, Sharonville, OH 45241. I expect a call from the leadership team as promised to me by customer care. If I'm able to call them by googling then Tammy could have given me the number.

Again, all I wanted was either the number to corporate, her boss number of full name, her full name and the store number. I got neither and she called the police on me while my 10 y/o son sat in the passenger seat frightened. KFC This is unacceptable.

This lady tried to make me feel like a criminal just because I wanted the number to corporate. She had my son so scared that he was asking me to just leave. But why should I when all I wanted was info KFC AGAIN...SHE CALLED THE COPS ON ME AND MY CHILD!!!

BTW, she never once asked me to leave the premises. She never asked me to leave the drive thru. I waited patiently as she took another order as she ignored my requests for her name. I did not hold up the line because I was the only one in the line initially KFC

I did not threaten her, I did not call her out of her name. I did not curse. I simply asked for information. I never even knew she was calling the police, until I heard her on the phone saying I needed to be removed. KFC

When I asked for the store number, she just said Sharonville. Most restaurant franchises have a store number. She refused to give it to me. Oh yeah, she then called the police on me and my 10 y/o son KFC

She should not be allowed to try and put peoples lives in danger simply because her store refuses to serve something on the menu and because she doesn't want to provide information to a customer. KFC

Initially I just wanted to file a complaint about the particular store never having chicken tenders ready around 8pm but now I feel she should be fired. KFC

I appreciate the voucher KFC but I would really like a call from leadership as promised. A voucher does not take away the fact that your General Manager called the police on myself and my 10 y/o just because I asked for corporates number, which she refused to provide.
