If a "without sharing" class runs a "WITH USER_MODE" SOQL, Salesforce returns the user scoped records. But a "with sharing" class running a "WITH SYSTEM_MODE" query still returns the same user scoped results. It only skips CRUD/FLS. Is that expected? Salesforce Developers Chris Peterson
