Right people. It's time for an important Twitter Poll for the next series of The Kitchen Cabinet. I want as many answers to this as possible. What is the best topping for a piece of toast? And feel free to throw other suggestions into the replies. #bbctkc

If you are hoping we can all go out by Sept...and I know I am.... you might want to pencil this festival in you diary. It is just down the M40 in Oxford.

I belong to a fibre club that not only sends me lovely hand dyed blended fibres but makes me aware of new (to me) animals. This month’s mic of camel 🐪 and silk is dyed to suggest the weedy sea dragon.

This is a woman’s cape (hendira) from Morocco. It was woven in the 1970s by Beni Quarain peoples living in the rugged Middle Atlas mountains. It would have been worn around the shoulders, with the shag side worn for inward insulation in cold or wet weather #FabricFriday
