BIG: I secured the largest single federal grant for bike infrastructure in NYC history. It'll link greenways on the West and East Side of Manhattan in Inwood. Thanks to Adriano Espaillat, NYC DOT, Ydanis Rodriguez, and activists—cyclists will be able to ride around the entire island.
