Feels like the over officiating actually slows the game down; players wise up quickly that they’ll be “coached” during an infringement, rather than get quickly penalised/given advantage against, so then employ tactics to slow down rucks. Thoughts Nigel Owens MBE ?

Super Rugby AU can be even more valuable if it’s turned into an exclusively U23 comp; IMHO the bridge less jump from U20 to Seniors loses too much talent from our great game, and U23s should be a World Rugby and RUGBYcomau focus to create depth
