Stay at home without simultaneously opening vaccination to all adults in hotzones, enforcing essential workplace #COVID safety/rapid testing, & providing paid leave prior to confirmed #COVID diagnosis....will not work.

I am very pleased with the pivot by Doug Ford and @ongov to target Ontario’s vaccine rollout and other public health measures to protect those most affected by #COVID. I look forward to learning the details on how plan will be executed without delay.

Just admitted another patient to the ICU with #COVID in their 40s who acquired the infection from their factory worker partner. The @ongov must take immediate action to protect the people who are getting sick & dying. There is no acceptable excuse.

We are seeing patients admitted to ICU with #COVID well after shot 1 and before shot 2. One isn't vaccinated until fully vaccinated. Given the significant delay between shots 1 & 2, clear communication on how to conduct oneself b/w shots from public health leaders would help.

RT if you’ve taken the first dose of AstraZeneca, are TOTALLY aware of the risks involved, and would take the second dose in a heartbeat!🙋‍♀️💉Doug Ford Christine Elliott

D Day. Let's remember our brave men and women. On June 6, 1944, they awoke at 3am on boats and almost 15,000 Canadian soldiers bravely landed on five Normandy beaches. Their legacy and bravery is something all Canadians should learn, honour and appreciate.

June 6,1944: Canadian sailors, soldiers & airmen played a critical role on D-Day & in securing the 10km stretch of French coastline (Juno Beach). The heroism, courage, and sacrifice of those who lost their lives will never be forgotten. Thank you 🇨🇦. #CanadaRemembers #DDay77

The Bruce Oake Recovery Centre will have a lasting, positive impact on our city and I am grateful for the tireless efforts put in by Anne, Scott and Darcy Oake to see it come to fruition. My heart goes out to the family and friends of the Oakes during this most difficult time.

It’s Christmas Eve. The children of Holland lit candles and placed them on the graves of Canadian soldiers who never came home.   They do this every year. They still see you.   We still see you.

Could two followers please copy and re-post this tweet? I'm trying to demonstrate that someone is always there, especially at this time of year. Call 833-456-4566 (National Suicide Prevention Helpline CDA). Just two. Any two. Copy, not retweet. Let’s all look out for each other.
